but not the kind that cause much pressure

Large feet in hard, high heels
uncomfortable feeling in clothing
judging, evaluating, rejecting
denying
all the pretty pictures surrounding
constant thoughts of not measuring up

Bare feet
in soft, yellow sand
warmth and rest
cushioning, supporting, grounding
